The 135mm Planar T* f/2 lens is thus the ideal medium focal length lens for the 35mm format for photographic applications where its high speed is of advantage. The Planar T* features mechanical aperture coupling, thus allowing both aperture and shutter priority when used on Contax cameras. A relatively smooth bokeh is visible with wide open aperture.
