- Lens shows very good optical perfomance and can be compared to fixel focal lens.
- Image which is provided with this lens has nice Bokeh and its contrast higher than average.
- This lens can be successfully used as a portrait lens.
- Has a good flare-resistance from counter and lateral light.
- Lens has a high-quality assembling. Focusing ring rotates very smoothly.
- You can use Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* 40-80 mm f/ 3.5 with most of digital cameras with interchangeable optics by attaching it with a special adapter.
